Reconnect Zoom Integration

  1. You must have a Zoom account with admin rights

  2. You must be the owner of a Feather Organization or have been given can manage integrations permission by the organization owner / admin.

It may happen that the Zoom Integration has become disconnected:

  1. Because the access tokens have expired (the integration has not been used for a long time)
  2. Because the Feather Zoom Integration has been updated
  3. Because the Organization owner/admin has disconnected the Zoom Integration

You can follow the add zoom integration guide as the procedure to reconnect the Zoom integration is identical to adding the integration for the first time.

On any Feather event that has been marked to include a Zoom meeting, you will see the button to reconnect the integration.

When creating a new event and choosing to add a zoom virtual meeting, you must re-connect zoom before you get the option to Create a Zoom meeting for that event.
