How does Stripe connect to Feather payouts?

Feather runs on Stripe, so money stays safe and lands fast.

• Set up payouts on the tickets tab of your event. Stripe will walk you through business details, bank account verification, and tax info. You only do this once per host.
• Once connected, every ticket, pass, and add-on flows into the same payout schedule. You can see pending deposits on your stripe dashboard, and change your payout frequency.
• Need to issue a refund? refunds done through Feather will ensure that tickets are deleted and pass details updated. To refund cash for passes and memberships, use the stripe dashboard.

If you manage multiple hosts, each one can connect its own Stripe account. Just switch hosts before you tweak banking details to keep funds routed correctly.
