How do I set up refund policies for my host?

Feather refund rules are flexible enough for any host

Open your feather and click on the cog, then settings. Under Configure tickets you can decide the refund rules for tickets.

Refund rules must be the same for each ticket type.

You can process refunds manually by clicking on an event and clicking on the attendees tab.

Memberships and pass tickets can be cancelled back to the pass, but cash refunds are not available. To give a cash refund, log in to your stripe dashboard and click ‘refund.
