How do I sell tickets?
Feather allows you to sell tickets for your events through integrated Stripe payment processing.
To collect money from guests:
- Create a host - click “Create event” and then click on “create host” to name your host (e.g. Acro-fest South East)
- Finish creating your event - Enter your event details, making sure to select “Ticketed” For your event
- Connect Stripe - on the tickets tab for your event, click “setup Payments” your Stripe account to enable payment processing Note to setup a stripe account you’ll need:
- A bank account
- Identity information
- an Authenticator app to secure your login.
- Create a paid ticket - You can create tickets on the tickets tab of the event page
When guests purchase tickets, payment is processed securely through Stripe, and funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account. Feather charges a platform fee of 2.5%, and stripe charges credit card fees that can be viewed here.
