Can members share guest passes or gifts in Feather?
Feather makes it easy for members to spread the love without breaking your accounting.
Setting up guest passes
Section titled “Setting up guest passes”Add guest passes to any pass or membership under Guest passes in the pass configuration.
How members send guest passes
Section titled “How members send guest passes”Members can send guest passes directly to specific people by entering the recipient’s phone number
When a member sends a guest pass, Feather automatically texts the recipient with a redemption link.
How guest passes work
Section titled “How guest passes work”- Recipients must create a Feather account to accept the guest pass (required to complete waivers)
- Once accepted, the guest shows up on your roster like any other attendee
- Guests can track all guest pass invitations and see which are pending vs. completed
- Guest passes work for both single events and recurring events
Managing guest passes
Section titled “Managing guest passes”Guest passees work on any event that the original membership/pass works for. You can however turn guest passes off for a special event on the ‘tickets’ page.
Important: Guest passes do not rollover and need to be used within each renewal cycle.
