Can I give refunds?

Yes, Feather handles refunds for ticketed events. Event organizers and admins can process refunds for attendees through the event management interface. Go to your event page, click on “Attendees”, and you’ll be able to refund tickets for specific guests.

You can also configure your refund policy settings in the admin section of your host page. Click on your host, then click on the cog icon then click on “settings” to open the settings panel. Refund settings are accessed by clicking “Congigure Tickets” on the settings page.
