How do I cross-post my event on another host's calendar?

Cross-posting lets you show your event on another host’s calendar. It’s great for organizing a coffee after class or promoting your event to another community.

To add your event to another calendar

1. From your event page, click ‘add to another calendar”
2. Pick the partner host. You’ll see only the ones that you already follow.
3. Once your host has accepted, it will appear on their calendar.

To create a new event on somebody else’s calendar

1. From the calendar page, click “Submit event”
2. Click “Create new event”

Your event will appear on their calendar once it’s approved.
