How do I transfer a guest's ticket to another guest?
As a host or admin, you can always transfer tickets from one of your followers to another.
To transfer a ticket, go to your event page and click on the “Manage” button next to the name of the event. Then click on the “Attendees” tab and select the guest whose ticket you want to transfer. From there, you’ll be able to transfer the ticket to another person.
When a ticket is transferred, the new person will receive an SMS asking them to accept the ticket. The ticket will stay with the original guest until it has been accepted by the new guest. All event waivers will be signed by the new guest before they can activate their new ticket.
You can also configure transfer policy settings to allow guests to self-service their own ticket transfers. To configure these settings, click on your host, then click on the cog icon to open the host manage page. Under “Settings”, click “Ticket transfers”.
