How do I transfer a guest's ticket to another event?

As a host or admin, you can always transfer tickets to another event on behalf of a guest.

To transfer a ticket to another event, go to your event page and click on the “Manage” button next to the name of the event. Then click on the “Attendees” tab and select the guest whose ticket you want to transfer. From there, you’ll be able to select another event to transfer the ticket to.

You can also configure transfer policy settings to allow guests to self-service their own ticket transfers to other events. To configure these settings, click on your host, then click on the cog icon to open the host manage page. Under “Settings”, click “Ticket transfers”.
