Can I give guests refunds?
Yes, as a host or admin, you can always give refunds for ticketed events.
To refund a ticket, go to your event page and click on the “Manage” button next to the name of the event. Then click on the “Attendees” tab and select the guest whose ticket you want to refund.
You can also configure refund policy settings to allow guests to self-service their own refunds. To configure these settings, click on your host, then click on the cog icon to open the host manage page. Under “Settings”, click “Configure Tickets”.
