How do intake forms work in Feather?

Feather intake forms live in the same builder as surveys and waivers, so you can gather the exact info you need before someone shows up.

1. Navigate to your host and click on Forms and hit Create new intake. Mix multiple-choice, checkboxes, short answer, and signature blocks in the same flow. You can even add conditional follow-up questions.
2. Attach the form where it makes sense: to a ticket, a recurring series, or a membership pass. Feather prompts guests right after they RSVP or purchase so you don’t chase emails later.
3. Track responses in google sheets. If you don’t have a google sheet, email contact@feather.rsvp with a google account and we’ll send you one ASAP.
