Can I give my guests a survey or waiver?

Yes! Feather allows you to create surveys, waivers, and forms to collect information from your guests.

To survey every guest of your events:

  1. Go to your host page - Navigate to the “Forms” section
  2. Create a custom Form - You can make a form with various question types including:
    • Text responses
    • Multiple choice
    • Dropdowns
    • Checkboxes
    • Waivers
  3. Attach to events - By default, surveys will get asked of attendees at every event. If you have a one-off survey (like a waiver) you can ask guests once, or you can ask the same question every time somebody attends an event.
  4. View and export responses - Access all survey responses through the feather google sheet (if you don’t have one, contact contact@feather.rsvp and we’ll send it to you ASAP)

To survey only people who buy a certain ticket, click on “Ticket questionaire” on the ticket edit screen. This is great if you want to ask a one-off question only for people who bought a specific ticket.

To ask a question of your check-in staff:

Sometimes you might want to ask check-in staff to fill in information about each guest when they check-in (e.g. - how much cash did they bring?) To ask a check-in survey for a specific ticket, click on “check-in quesionaire” on the ticket edit screen.
