How do I accept a guest pass invitation?

If someone sent you a guest pass, you’ll receive an SMS a redemption link.

Accepting your guest pass

1. Click the link in your SMS
2. Create a Feather account (or log in if you already have one)
3. Complete your profile and any required surveys + waivers
4. Your guest pass will be activated and ready to use

Why you need an account

Feather requires you to create an account to accept guest passes so you can:

• Complete any necessary waivers
• Manage your RSVP
• Receive event updates and reminders
• Access your ticket or check-in information

What happens after accepting

Once you accept the guest pass:

• You’ll appear on the host’s guest list
• You can RSVP to events covered by the pass
• You’ll receive the same communications as other attendees
• The person who sent you the pass will see that you’ve accepted it

I didn’t get my SMS

Ask the person who sent it to you to double check what phone number they used. They can always cancel a invitation and re-send it to the correct number.
