I'm not getting Feather texts anymore - how do I reenable them?

You may have unsubscribed from Feather texts, or you might have disabled them for one particular notification type ‍

If all notifications are off

  • If you’re not receiving 6 digit one time passwords, text START to +144398 to start receiving texts again.
  • If you’re not receiving other notifications text START to +1 888 415 9956.

If that doesn’t help - you might have our number blocked. To unblock our numbers try these help pages for Apple and android.

If only some notifications are missing

You might have notifications turned off only for some notification types. Make sure you are logged in, then click on the profile icon on the rop right of the page. Click on “settings” then under the menu on the settings page click ‘Notifications settings’ and you can adjust your notification settings.
